The console provides real-time display of progress and pending tasks, and allows jobs to be cancelled or priorities to be changed. The system supports up to ninety-nine priority levels definable by report type.
Any MedRite-XL user with appropriate privileges can send a fax at any time. Fax requests can be issued when viewing existing reports, even directly from the transcription screen. Multiple reports can be highlighted and then sent to one location. The system can optionally create a fax cover sheet, filling in the appropriate information.
Automatic fax distribution is integrated into the system. This software enables group faxing of reports based upon client profiles such as preferred time of day.
