The Executive Sales position requires a driven individual with proven selling skills who will be responsible for presenting our exclusive line of leading voice / document management applications to key health care decision makers and develop sales strategies to close and meet revenue objectives. The annual territory sales potential is three to five million dollars.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Working warm leads generated through our advertising programs and trade shows.
  • Manage existing opportunities.
  • Cold calling and proactively prospecting potential new clients.
  • Preparing software/hardware quotes and proposals to expand the existing sales pipeline.
  • Minimal overnight travel required.

A successful candidate requires the following Background & Skills:

  • Proven ability to identify, qualify, create and close major account opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, ACT and Outlook
  • Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships
  • Personal characteristics that demonstrate impact, influence initiative, achievement and focus
  • Knowledge of the health care industry and general business practices
  • Possess related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the voice processing field.
  • Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience selling into management level
  • Reside in Madison, Milwaukee or central area of state.
  • Sales experience with CIO's, CFO's and HIM departments very useful.
